The EnviroMedia Mobile- The Traveling Nature & Maritime Museum on wheels at IKEA/Erie Basin Park, in RED HOOK, Brooklyn- Showcases Exhibits that inspires, learning and discovery about the living nature of NY Harbor's Estuary; bringing a unique and fresh perspective to the history of the Hudson River and Tributaries. Its Maritime museum boast over 50 artifacts that help to connect the community to the ecological, cultural, social and economic history of NY Harbor. The Mobile NATURE and MARITIME Museum on Wheels host A) WEEKEND PROGRAMS. Providing a unique opportunity for public engagement in high quality and innovative public engagement program in Environmental Literacy, Cultural Enrichment and Maritime that children and families can enjoy and call their own. B) a CLASSROOM on the WATERFRONT at IKEA/Erie Basin Park, in Red Hook, Brooklyn as well as C) travels to other locations for festivals, events, school and day camp visitations.
